Load operation of car lift
After driving the car onto the car lift, tighten the brake handbrake, and the driver evacuates from the working platform.
Place the anti-skid support firmly on the front and rear of the car tires.
In the state of no liquid supply, press the up button to raise the working platform to the required height.
Press the down button to make the four hooks are supported on the hanging plate reliably, and then you can enter the work area for maintenance or adjustment.
After the repair or adjustment work is completed, press the down button, and the working platform will drop.
When the working platform drops to the lower limit position, remove the anti-skid support and drive the car away from the working platform.
Matters needing attention:
(1) Special personnel should be set up to operate, maintain and repair the lift equipment, and those who have not read the manual and are not qualified to operate the lift are prohibited from starting the lift without authorization.
(2) The car should be parked so that its center of gravity is close to the center of gravity of the working platform.
(3), overload operation is strictly prohibited.
(4) During the lifting and lowering of the car lift, no one shall stay on or under the working platform.
(5) It is forbidden to operate the car lift under fault conditions.
(6) Personnel can enter the work area only after the four safety hooks are determined to be hung up.
(7) The car staying on the working platform must tighten the handbrake and pad the anti-skid support.
(8) When the lift is not in use, it should be lowered to the lowest position and the power supply should be cut off.
(9) After the lift has been used for a period of time, the wire rope will be stretched to varying degrees, which will cause the working platform to be uneven and the four hooks to be unable to be hung simultaneously. At this time, the length of the wire rope should be adjusted in time.
